Problem:

Concurrent Licensing Error,

Resolution:

Description:

After creating users, and going to enable the licenses in the "license management" section in Framework Administrator, the following error occurs sporadically.

Concurrent Licensing Error, "Unable to cache new license type selection."


Answer/Solution:

Change request, CR # 14723 has been filed as defect.

Cause of this error can be due to the spaces before, after, or in the middle of the username.

Workaround: Remove the extra spaces and save settings.

Note: It might still allow the administrator to enable the concurrent license even after the error occurred.
