Datamart installation for Caliber 11

Datamart installation for Caliber 11

How do I install Datamart in Caliber 11 ?

There are two ways to install Datamart. As the 1st step, select Caliber Author and Client Utilities installation option from Caliber 11 installer. Subsequently you can choose one of the installation options explained in this KB based on your need.

Option 1:

Select Install Author and All Author Utilities as shown in the screen below. This option will install the typical Caliber Author programs (traceability add-ins, StarTeam Toolbar, Document Factory, EstimatePro, Spell Checkers, SDK, StarTeam Integration) and Datamart, Requirement Viewer, Administrative Import and Export.

Click Next and follow the default installation options. After the installation completes successfully, the complete Caliber Author features including Datamart should be available.

Option 2:

If you have already have the Caliber Author installed and would like to add the Datamart feature, please go through the Custom installation.

By default Datamart is unchecked. Select the Datamart feature and right click.

Select the 2nd option This feature, and all subfeatures, will be installed on local hard drive and complete the installation.

Datamart should now be available under Start -> All Programs -> Borland Caliber.
