Deleting a project

When attempting to delete a project in Framework Administrator, I am receiving the error that ?Project is in Use?, however no users are logged into the project.

This error message is informing the administrator that the project still has requirements, requirement types, or baselines assigned to it; therefore it cannot be deleted.

Delete all requirements and baselines in the project. Then go to File/Admin/Set Requirement Types and uncheck the types, which are associated with that project. Now you will be able to delete the project in Framework Administrator.
