DocFactory report may show the > or > tags in a resulting document. The exact behavior may vary from seeing keyword only, keyword + actual data expected, or portion of data expected. Sometimes reporting on a smaller section of requirements seems to alleviate the issue, though in this case the problem is not directly related the amount of requirements.

Behind the scenes, DocFactory pulls information from CaliberRM to a temporary local Access database, and then the information is pushed into a Word doc using portions of Word"s Mail Merge functions.


As a general rule, it is a good practice to ensure there is a line break between any $COMMAND and the following >.

The example below is taken from a solution provided and confirmed in a Borland Support case and resulted from a UDA name, used as a keyword, of the Multiple Selection List type which must beused between the $BEGIN_LIST/$END_LIST commands in order to show all values selected. This simple adjustment resolved the very quirky behavior observed in the resulting documents.
