Problem:

DocFactory2 indicates that a specified filter does not exist, even though the filter is accessible via the requirement grid and has the correct name.

Resolution:

This problem could be due to a corruption within the filter caused by a heavy server load when saving. To resolve this issue change the filters name and update the template to reflect the new name. DocFactory2 should now complete however if you still experience the issue contact Technical Support.
