Resolution:

  • Product Name: CaliberRM
  • Product Component: Win 32 Client


Problem:

On some machines, Caliber continues to try to configure Caliber. Specifically it says "Please wait while Windows configures CaliberRM." It then tries to run the CaliberRM.msi which it cannot find. It also says "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable." This happens each time you open Caliber. On some machines, it happens twice each time. Caliber is already installed and once you cancel out of the install, it opens up just fine.


Solution:

Re-launch the CaliberRM installer executable. Select Next. Choose the Repair option. Once the Client has been repaired, the error messages will go away and users will be able to connect as usual.
