How can I delete Quality Center credentials cached by CaliberRM?

Problem:

How can I delete Quality Center credentials cached by CaliberRM?

Resolution:

Question:

How does a user change the Quality Center (TestDirector) login credentials they have previously saved in the CaliberRM Client?

Answer:

Have the user remove all the values from the following Registry key on their machine, leaving the key itself intact:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Borland\CaliberRM\qc_auth

This will remove all cached TestDirector/Quality Center login information for the user.

Alternately, the user can selectively remove login and password information for individual QC instances by deleting only the appropriate values from this Registry key.
