  • Platform/OS Version: All

Description:

How do I enable logging for the CaliberRM client, and where do the logs get saved?

Answer/Solution:

In order to enable client logging you will need to add the following registry key to the CaliberRM client machine.

Browse to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Borland\CaliberRM\event trace

Create a new DWORD:

Value Name: level

Value data: 1 (will create a log file at C:\Program Files\Borland\CaliberRM\log) .

2 (will create a log file at C:\Program Files\Borland\CaliberRM\log and a logging window will open up when you next log into CaliberRM ? see below).
