Answer

As DefineIT is an eclipse product you can force the application to launch in any language if the language pack is installed.

The solution to this is to launch the application using the "-nl" switch

To launch DefineIT in any language follow this procedure

  1. Make a short cut to you CaliberDefineIT.exe on your desktop. This can be found in the folder were you installed the application, normally

"C:\Borland\CaliberDefineIT"

  1. Right click on the CaliberDefineIT icon and click properties

  1. Modify the target to e.g.
  • French : C:\Borland\CaliberDefineit\CaliberDefineIt.exe -nl fr
  • English : C:\Borland\CaliberDefineit\CaliberDefineIt.exe -nl en
  • German : C:\Borland\CaliberDefineit\CaliberDefineIt.exe -nl de
