How to purge queued emails before enabling notifications in order to prevent a flood of "old" emails?
To review e-mails in the queue log in as the CaliberRM database owner. To determine who the db owner is, type "dblist" at a command prompt (the creator is the owner).To view emails stuck in the queue:
db2tty -d sqmdb -i MOActionMailMessage_p
To delete the emails that are queued:
dropinst -D sqmdb MailMessage _p MOActionMailMessage_p
Stop and restart the sqm monitor service
