Description:

I have upgraded to CaliberRM R2 SP1, why are my TD/QC traces not displayed correctly?

Answer/Solution:

If you have established traces between requirements and Mercury test sets in previous releases, you must execute the following new CaliberRM server commands after the server upgrade to ensure that these Mercury traces are upgraded correctly in this release:

dbmgr -fixtdsets for TestDirector 8.0, and Quality Center 8.0 and 8.2

dbmgr -fixtdsets76 for TestDirector 7.6

The server administrator must run this command manually from the command prompt. You will be prompted to log on to the TestDirector server or the Quality Center server. After the command executes, all traces found in the TestDirector or Quality Center server will be in the new format. You should not need to run the command more than once per CaliberRM server.
