Broken HeartBeerSummary. When a user launches the CaliberRM installation. An "Internal Error 2809. SetupFailedName2Long, Back, Cancel" Error is received when installing CaliberRM Server. The installer checks the length of the currently logged in user name and does notallow the server install to continue if the length is greater than 15 characters or contains spaces. This error indicates that the Logged In User name exceeds either 15 characters or contains a space.

Broken HeartBeerSolution:The logged in user name should consist of less than 15 characters and no spaces. Beer

"Under rare circumstances, you may receive this error message even if the Logged In User name meets the aforementioned criteria. In this case, you should contact Borland support and reference CR 19880 for further assistance.
