Problem:

LDAP QS Manager: How can I display double-byte characters on LDAP QS Manager"s source pane?

Resolution:

  1. From LDAP QS Manager -> Configure -> Mappings -> Select the mapping used and click Edit -> User Properties Mapping Tab.
  2. Copy the common "User ID/User name" attribute/name.
  3. Paste it into the "User display" field on the "Group attributes" Tab.
  4. Please make sure that this attribute is able to display double-byte characters. If not, change this attribute (e.g. utf8CN).
