Problem:

When attempting to open CaliberRDM the following error is displayed:

"CaliberRDM database needs to be migrated, contact your administrator"

Resolution:

This can happen when the latest installation of CaliberRDM failed when attempting to perform the database migration/upgrade.
 
In order to resolve this you should run the utility again by performing the following steps:

1. Stop your CaliberRDM Server service.

2. Launch the Migration Utility via Start Menu | MicroFocus | CaliberRDM

3. Once the migration is complete restart the CaliberRDM Server service and try connecting via the browser again
