Why are Requirement Images, and other formatting, not displayed within Quality Center after Publishing from CaliberRM?

Problem:

Why are Requirement Images, and other formatting, not displayed within Quality Center after Publishing from CaliberRM?

Resolution:

Answer: Quality Center does not support Rich Text or Images within its Requirement Description field. Workaround Information: As a partial workaround, during a publish from CaliberRM to Quality Center, the HTML version of the CaliberRM Requirement is attached to the Requirement in QC which does retain the formatting, but no images as the QC server does not know how to cache the images from the QC Server to the QC client.

Additionally a *.crm file is attached to the QC version of the published Requirement which can be used by "Requirement Viewer" of CaliberRM to open a read only view of the requirement, and will contain the images. "Requirement Viewer" alone does not consume a CaliberRM license as it has a limited view of the CaliberRM Requirement and basic system attributes only.
Additional:
Borland"s Silk Central Test Manager tool, does support the full CaliberRM requirement description and has seamless view of CaliberRM Requirements. Also the data for CaliberRM can be scheduled for automatic syncronization to SCTM, or with MPX (message brokering) updates will be realtime.
