Problem:

Why are the images still displayed when the, "automatically download and display all requirement description images" checkbox is not checked?

Resolution:

  • Product Name: CaliberRM
  • Product Version: 2006/2008
  • Product Component: Win32
  • Platform/OS version: All

This is as designed. Initially when you start the caliber client, theautomatically download and display all requirement description imagesis checked. When you uncheck this option and restart the client, theimage will still appear because it has been stored in the image cache.

To remove these images, navigate to the following folder on the client:

:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Borland\CaliberRM\ImageCache

Delete the contents of the folder and restart the client withoutthe option checked.

You should now find that images are no longer display.
