Question:

Why do I receive the error "Error creating index. Table:group Column: group" when exporting my CaliberRM database to Access?

Answer:

This error occurs when two or more groups have been created in CaliberRM that have identical names except for the upper/lower case letters. For example:

"test", "Test", or "TeSt"

In CaliberRM these are viewed as unique group names. Microsoft Access is not case sensitive and views those group names as identical. The simple workaround is to rename the groups to truly unique names:

"Test1", "Test2", "Test3"
