Symptom:

When accessing Baseline Maintenance there are no requirements listed and no tree formation.

Details:

This symptom to date has been seen only when a 2008 CaliberRM Client (Version 10.x) is connecting to a 2006 Server (9.x). Due to some enhancements with querying, the Baseline Maintenance window is not backwards compatible. Another significant area that will be affected is the Requirement Grid as this was completely re-written between CaliberRM 2006 and CaliberRM 2008 and requires changes on both client and server side.

Solution:

Upgrade the CaliberRM client to 2008 to match the server version.

Confirm the versions of your CaliberRM Client is 10.x and the CaliberRM Server you are connecting to is 9.x. This can be done from within the CaliberRM Client from Help-->About Borland CaliberRM and from the information box, the client version will be listed just beneath the CaliberRM Graphic, and the Server information for the server you are currently connected to will be displayed in the Server Info box.
