Problem:

Why, when running a datamart extraction in CaliberRM 2006 are deleted user"s being returned?

Resolution:

When a user is deleted in CaliberRM they are not completely removed from the database, instead they are flagged as deleted. As the user information is still stored in the database it means that it is returned in the datamart extraction.

In CaliberRM 2008 SP1 new logic was added to the datamart extractor to recognise deleted user"s and not inlcude them in the extracted data. Therefore the solution is to upgrade to 2008 SP1. See screenshot below:
