This is all well and good but there's already a large number of suggestions (very good ones too) submitted by users of Caliber (myself included) but without any kind of feedback from representatives of Microfocus / Borland. It would be good to actually get some form of feedback as to whether or not these ideas are actually going to be considered.

In addition, you can also log enhancement requests through our support team to ensure essential features for your organization are formally tracked and prioritized accordingly.

After listening to customer feedback we have changed how we handle these.  You can now log an enhancement request via SupportLine which will be periodically reviewed by Product Management and either confirmed as due to be included in next couple of releases, or on the backlog to be considered for a future release but not planned imminently, or no plans to be implemented at this time.  The Support Incident will remain open until we have this feedback at which point we contact you to let you know the outcome, though you can of course query us for status at any time.  

Caliber Feature Request remains available if you do not require feedback to your suggestion.
