Whether CG could detect OWA or Gmail attach file or not ?

HI All
My boss want to use CG as DLP lite, I want to log user send file to
internet by using webmail (OWA or gmail) or skype.
I had tested and CG could detect skype event (skype read file), but I
could not receive exchange OWA or Google gmail attach/read file event.

whether I need setting extra policy to log web mail event or not ? (Now,
I just use default File System Policy to monitor All partitions and All
file event type.)

thanks!!

Re: Whether CG could detect OWA or Gmail attach file or not ?

HI All
I had tested completed....CG indeed could detect OWA attache
file~~~
because I set *:\ in policy, so it could not detect correct partition
(ex: f:\) , so no event generate.
when I modify C:\ and add another setting item to detect f:\, CG could
detect OWA attach (read) file.
