HPCA Management Portal hang issue

Dear Expert,

 

         I am trying to navigate on directory-> Zone:HP/Groups/all devices , it showing time out error and taking approx 7-10 minutes.

         So please help me to resolve this issue.

What version of HPCA are you using?

 

Can you attach the Management portal log?

Hi,   I am using HP CAE 7.9 on windows 2003 platform. I have applied latest patches of core servers but still getting this issue. enclosed is portals logs.

       Let me know in case of any more infromation required.

I learned that these issues occur in migrated environments. Did you migrate to 7.9 recently?

 

Can you also confirm that you had RMA installed on the Agent machines. If you do, then this issue may have something to do with RMA migration as well because the Management Portal to which RMA had registered earlier may not be available any more after migration.

 

Basically you just need your RMAs to re-register with Managment Portal.
