Hi!

If you have this error message in a tet box:

API(ApiStart) return code: TpCantLoadLibrary(176)

The CS Database Editor attempted to connect to the HPCA Configuration Server at:
IP Address: localhost , Port: 3464

Please verify that these are correct and your server is running.

This may happen when the value for ZDEVICEN in the ZMASTER object is blank or incorrect.

If ZDEVICEN is corrected the error should disappear. The default value for it is 097.

I hope this helps.

Thanks,

Maria

Hi!

Please find an example attached.

If you don't find the ZMASTER, I suggest you to contact HP Support.

If this is not a production environment, I would suggest to reinstall the HAP Administrator Workstation.

I hope this helps,

Maria

Hi,

Is this issue only in 1 of the environment? THe error you mentioned talks about " can't load library...". Can you check is all the dependencies required for this exe are present ?

The exe named is radxplor.exe. You can use a tool like dependency viewer from Microsoft to see if all the dlls required are present.
