How do we disable/uninstall radia client on a machine running Win XP? The machine is real old and the user does not want Office 2007 on it, but the Radia client keeps installing that again and again.

To remove the Radia client: Run the Radia client's setup.exe and select remove, but that would probably stop all software delivery.
A better solution would be (to have your Radia administrator) add an exception for that machine (Radia Policy server 'may not have' Office 2007 override) or implement a ZSTOP expression preventing the application from installing on systems below minimum specs.
