11.2.4 update will not download

I have downloaded the update, run the zman command and I get the message that it will start downloading. I go to the ZCC and see an error. The error tells me that I don't have enough space but there is 196 GB free. I selected the file and choose download the patch. The status goes to downloading (0%) and stays that way. I have deleted the file and started over three times and get the same result each time. Any help would be appreciated.

Ah a subject close to my heart having badgered Novell about this!

Which platform is hosting ZENworks, Windows or Linux?

From section 2.0 of the 11.2.4 readme [1]

--begin--
Prior to installing the System Update, ensure that you have
adequate free disk space in the following locations:

Windows: %zenworks_home%\install\downloads
Linux: opt/novell/zenworks/install/downloads
= 3 GB

Windows: %zenworks_home%\work\content-repo
Linux: /var/opt/novell/zenworks/content-repo
= 3 GB

Agent Cache
= 1.5 GB

NOTE:This is only applicable for the ZENworks Server that is used
to import the System Update zip file.
---end---

It's not about how much free disk space you have but where it is.

HTH.

Re: 11.2.4 update will not download

We are running on Linux and it appears we have adequate space in the location that you listed.
