AdminStudio in Novell environment

Is there a forum dedicated to using AdminStudio Zen addition in a Novell network environment?

Moving from Zen 7 & NAL on eDir to ZCM w/LDAP connection to eDir. Trying to understand which Novell and which MS or MS-oriented products (such as AdminStudio) must be in place to migrate. Also, which Nov and MS-oriented pieces can't co-exist.

The AdminStudio docs (even the version that comes with ZCM 10) don't even discuss the possibility of a Novell environment being in place and how various settings relate to it. Indeed, those docs don't even mention that a Zen edition exists or which version of AdminStudio the Zen edition is.

Is there a migration doc anywhere? It seems that someone else must be trying to as smooth migration while still keeping Novell backend components.

There is this forum..........
novell.support.zenworks.software-package-management

But I don't understand the MS-Oriented vs Novell Oriented Question?

This is a product Novell has included for years in both ZDM and ZCM.

The Current Version, however, is the most powerful.
It is the full AdminStudio Standard Edition.

It's designed to Build/Edit MSIs/MST Files.

The ZCM Edition has a few items to auto-publish an MSI as a bundle to
ZCM. But short of that, it's the AdminStudio Product.

Re: AdminStudio in Novell environment

Thanks. We'll just ask questions here when they come up.
