Agent 10.3.1 tot 11.1a fails at 95%

When I try to update our XP client agents to 11.1a the update hangs at 95%

After a reboot the workstation agent can't communicate anymore with the servers.

I've got this error on 80% of our clients.

I've found this error in the system-update.log:

IS "ZENWORKS_HOME" defined on those devices?
This normally is set when the Agent is installed.

I have got the same problem. It's the last part setup.exe that fails. I have uninstalled using AgentCleanup tool but it won't install after manual reinstall either. Running setup.exe after agent reinstall gives "Error 1722. There is a problem with this Windows Installer Package A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Action CreateSS, location %TEMP%...\InstallHelper.exe" -ss"

out of intrest what AV Program have you got, cause I have this issue and if I disable Trend it works without issue... I've got a couple of support calls in regarding werid issues that are all AV related with the ZESM.. I get random Service Stoping and the 95% update

These seem to be the only issues, Just to get them sorted as the 11.1a client seems to fine apart from that

We saw that a lot also. We have Symantec 11.x for AV. We don't have the 11.2 agent widely deployed yet but are NOT seeing the issue with that, FWIW.

Not only a I seeing this issue also see the av crash the client randomly on start up though I have all the recommend exceptions in for ZCM...

The question is it worth upgrading! I'll wait to see what my incident comes back with and decide then..

Anyone got a clue what the latest version of ZESM is I think I'm on 11.1.166
