Assigned bundles not appearing on Clients

Zenworks 11 on Win2K8 R2
SQL 2008

I have been using ZCM 11 for a while now and have mixed success/failure. From the ZCC I assigned various bundles to Device groups. So naturally through association client devices are getting bundles assigned. I can see the inheritance that bundles are assigned to clients but on the actual client window (Zenworks Adaptive Agent), under Bundles there are no bundles. Why is this the case, this also explains why my distribution are not working.

Could it be a corrupted Agent? I have tried numerous times to refresh the system manually in hopes the bundles appear, but it never does.

Any suggestions why through ZCC I can see the bundle assigned but they are not on the client?

Re: Assigned bundles not appearing on Clients

Is the Last Contact Data properly updating on the ZCM Agent?

Last contact indicate 6/28/2011 10:31:22 AM, so that's today. The next contact with the server is 24 hours away. This would mean that it's is communicating with the server?

Re: Assigned bundles not appearing on Clients

Yes, not sure why bundles are not showing then.

Are they direct assigned vs some type of group?

Re: Assigned bundles not appearing on Clients

Its an association assignment, the assignment is to the folder which the device is part of. I just tested a bundle using direct assignment and the bundle is still not assigned to the device.

Re: Assigned bundles not appearing on Clients

We're seeing the same issue starting to emerge on several clients.

The bundles are showing as assigned in the ZCC and the device last contact time is updating whenever we run zac ref on the client. I can run zac bl on a client device and see the assigned bundles however if I then clear the client cache with zac cc the assignments disappear. Even after calling zac ref again. I've tried unregistering and re-registering the device but to no effect.

I'm about to try restarting the ZENworks Loader service on each of our primaries (Theres about 20 of them) although I don't think this is going to help as it is not effecting all of our clients.

Any Ideas or suggestions on this would be appreciated. We have >25000 devices in the Zone so I am more than a little concerned.

Re: Assigned bundles not appearing on Clients

Best bet would be to open an SR so someone can look through your logs to
see what is happening. I would presume you have a good support contract
with a zone that large.

My guess would be that restarting the services may help and some info is
not getting back from the servers, but without looking at logs I would
not want to say much of anything.
