Attempting To Uninstall Bundle that Does Not Exist

After deleting a bundle users are experiencing "Unable to uninstall bundle. Uninstall is not enabled for this bundle" pop-up message on workstations.

This usually occurs about 30 days after the bundle was deleted. We do not have our system set to uninstall after 30 days, nor do we have bundles set to uninstall when removed.

Is it possible old, removed bundles are cached somewhere and can be cleared? Or any advice on how to track down why this bundle is attempting to uninstall even though it no longer exists?
