Auto INstall

I have been trying to figure out how to force apps to auto install on the
mac. I have searched the docs. I guess I am missing something real simple
here or it is not possible to do. On windows you can do the force run. I am
assuming there is not a way to do this on the mac or someone here will tell
me.

Thanks
Rick

Re: Auto INstall

Rickb,

do you mean DMG packages? If so there's a thread "best way to deploy a
DMG package eg firefox" near here...

Hi Shaun,
I understand all of that. I have built packages that work if the user tells
it to run. I can't get them to self install on the mac. Like unattended
where the end user doesn't have to click anything.

Re: Auto INstall

Rickb,

is it just packages that you can't get to work, or any bundle? I just
created a bundle to install a file and launch at a specific time and
that worked, so I think we need more details here
