Bug in Rights Inheritance?

Hello,

we are using ZCM 11.3.2 and experience the following problem:

We install a new device which doesn't match the registration rules. So
this device is placed in the "workstations" folder. After moving the
device to another folder our subadmins don't have any rights on this
device. They cannot associate Bundles or policies to the device nor have
QuickTask-rights or something else. They have all the associated folder
rights on the other devices in this folder except for the device i moved.
It seems to be a bug in ZCC. Can anyone confirm this or is it a known issue?

Kind regards,
Thomas

I have not heard of this issue, but I cannot imagine this would be desired behavior.
If possible, I would recommend opening an SR.
