Bundles gone missing

Still in the very early stages of learning to manage OSX bundles here as I imagine many of us are. I'm having an issue that is either further complicating things and wanted to see if anyone else is having the same trouble.

Basically what I am seeing is device assigned bundles are not always showing up in the Zenworks Window. Some are there, others are not. Sometimes they come back after a reboot, sometimes they all go away. ZCM shows the correct bundle status, the assignments are still under relationships. This is making it hard to test bundles if I can't access them on my test machine. Has anyone experienced something similar? Thanks in advance for you input.
