Cannot get DLU policy to work at all

New to Zenworks configuration management, testing out DLU policy. Assigned policy to workstations, on the workstation status the device assigned policy policy shows that it was applied and successful.

But I still continue to get a second login screen when trying to login to workstation.

Thanks.

Re: Cannot get DLU policy to work at all

Is there a Windows Password Policy applied to the machine? (The Windows
Policy that forces One Upper, One Lower, and one Non-AlphaNumberic?)
I have seen this cause problems.

Also, make sure you are on 10.2.0

You need to point your usersource to your eDirectory tree, otherwise DLU won't work.

You can find the answer you are looking for in the documentation.

We've applied the DLU to the users. I don't think assigning it to a workstation will get the DLU running for the users (haven't tried that though).

Good to know, thanks! Just wondering how you can then disclude or include the wanted user sources?

You can't, if you apply DLU to wks then all users in the user source are able to login to that workstation.

Unless you specify Excluded or Included users in the DLU policy (Login restrictions).
