Child Bundle Fail: Cannot find specified file

Zen 11.2.2 on SLES 11.2 x64

We're just starting to use patch management and are testing it. We've received the following error on about a dozen Win XP devices on a couple of different patches (Adobe Reader and Apple Quicktime):

"The child bundle "Oracle Java JRE 1.7.0_13 for Windows (Update) (All--929175898" failed due to the reason : Error launching "C:\Program Files\Novell\ZENworks/zpm /Remediate.exe "Oracle Java JRE 1.7.0_13 for Windows (Update) (All Languages) (See Notes) (Rev 2).pls" "6D68B99F-2532-46E4-933B-AFF8AF5A4107.plp" d". Windows error: The system cannot find the file speci. However, the parent bundle will continue to execute even though the child bundle has failed."

Is it not finding "remediate.exe" or the patch file? The exe is on all the workstations. The patches are cashed on our single, primary server, but I haven't checked the satellite servers. Can I run the command manually on a test machine as administrator and see what's going on? Nothing in the local machine log looks to reference this at all. Is this a ZCC problem or a workstation problem?
