Could not determine device type from OS tag undetermined

I get this error message when I try to register a Windows 7 32-bit Enterprise edition workstation. Three different model PCs are all giving the same error message yet I had these registered at one point. There was an issue and I had to delete the entries in the website and now this is the error I get when I try to re-register them. I've unregistered them locally, I even uninstalled and reinstalled Zenworks on all three, same error. Is this maybe due to phantom objects in the database?

Just found out, see TID 7007952, there's a patch for Windows 7 SP1 (forgot I installed SP1.)
