Database not coherent

Hi,

We I execute some reports (devices report), I have some devices in reports
that are not in ZCM devices.

How can I clean database to reflect what's really in ZCM ?

ZCM 11.2.1 on Windows server, Internal Sybase DB

Thanks.

How have you configured ZCM to deal with devices that has not contacted the server in X amount of days, you can set it to delete or "flag" those devices? AFAIK the devices should not show up in the report if they are delete from ZCM.

Also take a look at this, not sure though if this command will get rid of those "old" devices: Novell Doc: ZENworks 11 SP2 Asset Inventory Reference - Viewing an Inventory Report for a Managed Device

Re: Database not coherent

Thomas,

Thomas,

Sorry for the delay...

I don't want to delete devices that didn't contact the server after X days
because many of them are laptops that can be out of the office for a long
time.

I tried the link you gave me without success. Old devices still there and
some are duplicate and more (5-6 devices with same name, same MAC, etc.).
How to clean database...

Thanks.
