Failed to add iprint printer

I'm having problems assigning an iPrint policy to about half the machines I install the Zen10 Agent on.

Its a fairly straight forward policy containing 5 Xerox printers. Extra configuration settings include removing any currently installed printers and to forcefully install the iPrint client even if its already installed.

I have nothing configured under the Requirements tab.
I apply this policy to workstation objects.

Example error:

Full Message: Failed to add iprint printer ipp://<domain name>/ipp/CO-FINANCE-XRX.

Re: Failed to add iprint printer

Dear kfreise,

1) Iprint client is platform dependant, if you have mixed environment(WinXP, Vista, Win2K) you have to create multiple policies based on the platforms.
2) ZCM supports only the silent installation of iprint installables. (nipp-s.exe and nipp.zip only)
3) While adding the driver make sure that iprint cleint installable is present on the location specified in the policy if you have selected "on the managed device option"

Hope this clarifies,
