Force deinstallation of ZEN11 client

Hi,

we've tried to deinstall the ZEN11 client. The deinstallation is not possible because the "status of the registration is unavailable".
We would like to do only the local deinstallation (retain the device in the zone).

Is there a possibility to force the deinstallation?

Our system:
Windows 7 Sp1 64bit (German)
ZEN 11.2
Agent version 11.2.1.6382

Hi,

we found a way to get rid of the ZEN11 Client:
- login as Administrator
- open the services
- set the "Novell ZENWorks Agent Service" on "Deactivated"
- reboot the machine
- login again as Admininstrator
- open the services
- start the service "Novell ZENWorks Agent Service"
- now the deinstallation works.
