How to clear list Microsoft SQL installed count.

HI All
I deploy ZCM2017 to customer's All Server which include From 2008SP2 to 2016.
now I need to create a SQL install report to list how much servers install SQL DB Products. (they want to set DB encryption channel)
But I find each SQL will install some SQL Tool/Components...so my SQL report always show other SQL tools that I do not want.

which product type or name could let me clear collect Servers which indeed install Microsoft SQL DB. or coolsolution has similar report definition like I want ??

thanks!!
