Imaging Segmentation fault

We are getting a segmentation fault when booting to the imaging OS on Dell Optiplex 3070s and 7070s (so far).  I don't see any drives in /dev (it's an NVMe drive), so I would expect to find nvme0n... in /dev. 

I've noticed that there was a driver update released August.  When I attempted to install the driver update, I received the following message:

"Applying wrong imaging driver updates"

The previous update I applied was ZENworks2017U2_August2018.

I saw a post from @CRAIGDWILSON that looks like he was going to notify the responsible people about fixing that.  But until they get it corrected, try this:

Reading through some other posts, I see that the update I downloaded is for the base 2017, and I need to find the U4 driver update.

I've found something in another post regarding a patch finder ( in Service & Support, Download, Patches). The post was from January, when the person was looking for the Update 3 driver update. I, for the life of me, cannot find this patch finder. Every time I click on download, it takes me back to the old download site , which does not have any 2017 downloads.

Why are these patches so difficult to locate? Why are they not available through the customer center? I'm able to select ZCM 11.1, 11.3 and 11.4. Why are we not able to select 2017.4?

I understand...it shouldn't be that hard.  I assume with all the migration and consolidation of web resources at Micro Focus, that some things fell through the cracks.  But I am seeing improvements already, so hopefully the remaining issues gets fixed quickly.

https://download.microfocus.com/index.jsp and selecting patches.....

or just

https://download.microfocus.com/patch/finder/

is where I would recommend looking for patches....That is always the original source.  This is maintained by the folks who maintain the products.  Items found in "Customer Center" are maintained by the "Customer Center" folks who add stuff after it's been added on the download site.

So in short....The Download Site is the authoritative source.

Yes...A note was sent to the "Customer Center" to have some things replicated, but it is not where I would recommend looking for patches.  Product Installs yes, but I would not recommend there for patches.

I had gotten to https://download.microfocus.com/index.jsp a few times while I was looping through, but never noticed the "Search Patches" in the grey box.

I will update my documentation to go to these links, when looking for patches.

One more tip.....

Once you select the Patches section there.....

You can SUSCRIBE to notifications, so you get an email as items are posted.

Look for "Note: If you want to be alerted when new patches are released, subscribe to patch notifications or to the patch RSS feeds for the product(s) of your choice."
