Imaging error

I configure ZCm to take an image of a computer.
When the computer boot, PXE starts, I see Linux welcome screen and then,
screen becomes black and received the error "Could not connect to preboot
server".
Preboot services are started on my ZCM server.

Re: Imaging error

If I use CTRL+ALT, 0.0.0.0 is my ZCM proxy server address.

Re: Imaging error

Nh,

all on the same network? No other PXE providers on that network?

Re: Imaging error

we have multiple VLAN. PXE server runs on VLAN 70 but the workstation that
I want to put an image on is on VLAN 50. Something to configure in our
switchs ?

Re: Imaging error

Nh,

you'll need a DHCP forwarder to reach your server's subnet

Re: Imaging error

Is DHCP forwarder same as UDP helper ?
Which port should be configured ? UDP port 67 and 68 are configured.

Re: Imaging error

Nh,

not usually AFAIK, DHCP is odd because it's broadcast... Cisco call it
a DHCP helper I understand

With Cisco and Dell devices, you can add multiple IP helper statements.
