Knowledge Base Files [3.6.A.1.16]

Hi,

I've recently installed ZCM 10.1 on a W2K3 R2 Enterprise server (new
installation) and have not created any bundles.

After installing the ZCM 10.1 Agent on a test PC (Win XP Sp3), I keep
getting the following errors in the "Show Progress" window when the ZCM
Application Window Refreshes.

"

This seems to correspond to the following errors in the ZMD-Messages.log
file.

take a peak at the server log, loader-messages.log Hopefully there is
an exception there that will tell us what is wrong.

Jared,

Thanks for the response.

Here's a snippet from the loader-messages.log file, hopefully this may
give a clue as to what is causing the problem.

Possibly to do with the PRU update?

Thanks

I am not aware of any updates for 10.1. So it surely can't be that an
update failed.

Does a folder or file in the local zencache exist on the workstation
with this specific quid? 0dae28d2733041e566f61403521127e8

Hi,

No.
There are a few "0c" and "0e" files, but nothing starting with "0d".

I guess looking in the content repository on the server is the next
step. Hopefully it will be a package that we can recreate.

Jared,

I killed the server and started again.
All appears to be working.

Sweet! I guess you didn't completely kill the server. <G>
