Network Discovery not running but no errors

I just reinstalled the ZAM7 product with Enterprise option (Win2003 +
SQL2000) on a new box.

I have given it a range of addresses and some subnets to scan; nothing
happens but I see no errors. Also, I don't see a task server in the
control panel below, but I never saw one either on the standalone
deployment. The standalone deployment worked great for network discovery.

Client deployment and inventory is working great on the new server.

In the server event log, I see some DCOM errors trying to talk to other
servers and workstations ("DCOM was unable to communicate with the computer
x.x.x.x using any of the configured protocols".)

Any ideas on why network discovery is not working and how I can
troubleshoot? Can't find any relevent TID's.

Thanks!

Re: Network Discovery not running but no errors

When you submit the task, does it show up under the tasks tab on the process
control panel (at the bottom)?
