No control via Remote Diagnostics

Hi!
ZCM 11.3.2. Windows 7. On one device (of group of devices) during remote diagnostics can't have no mouse nor keyboard control. I see remote picture, but can't effectively click nor enter anything from keyboard. File Transfer does work ok, Remote Control does work ok. So far on another devices with same remote policy no such a problem.
Probably some settings effective on this device ...? Don't know. Any ideas?
More thanks, Alar.
