Patch Policy not working

Hi,

I have created a patch policy for Windows Server that contains two servers. The policy is enabled however there is no patches being populated. The rules are configured as follows:

Vendor = Microsoft
Patch Name Contains Windows Server
Patch Name Does not Contai IE
Release Date on or Before 01/03/2019
Patch Name does not contain .NET

Vendor = Microsoft
Patch Name Contains Win Server
Patch Name Does not Contai IE
Release Date on or Before 01/03/2019
Patch Name does not contain .NET

Vendor = Microsoft
Patch Name Contains Server
Patch Name Does not Contai IE
Release Date on or Before 01/03/2019
Patch Name does not contain .NET

Under "included Patches" section there are a number of patches available however when looking in the "Patches" tab none of the patches show up, the list is empty.

On the Patches Tab, make sure to check the box to show both "Patched", "Unpatched", and "Not Applicable".
Otherwise if you devices do not need the patch it will not show.

If the patches do not show with all three boxes checked, click over to the "Summary" tab on your policy and select "rebuild".

I can confirm that all check boxes except "Not Applicable" (greyed out) are selected however there are still no patches showing. Also a rebuild has been done. These are new servers that have been recently implemented and had the ZW agents installed on them, thanks again.

Make sure a Discover Applicable Updates have been run as well.
