Pending state of workstation

Hello,

A while ago we did the update from 10.3 to 11.0.

The server is updated to 11.0 but some workstations has not been updated
with the 11.0 agent.

The problem is that we have a lot of workstations standing in Deploying
System Updates under Pending. This is a normal behavior from the System
Update.

But…. On all the Pending workstations we have applied a new image with
the correct new 11.0 agent.

Why are the workstations not disappear from the Pending list, they have
the 11.0 agent? How can I remove the workstations from that list ?

Now my ZCM system update is still in Process.

Thanks,

Frank

Re: Pending state of workstation

Feel Free to Just flag those devices as ignore.
So long as they are updated, it's not really a concern.
It's possible to fiddle with them to get it to change the status, but
unless it's a primary there is not any point.
