Reader X 10.1.3 patch will not install on Win7x64 machines

Looks like nothing was learned from the 10.1.2 acrobat reader patch that
would not install on 64bit machines(TID 7010120). The same problem is now
present in the 10.1.3 update when you try to install on Win7x64 machines. I
just put in a SR in for this on as I did previously for the 10.1.2 version.

looking in the Adobe APSB12-08 Reader X 10.1.3 for Windows (Update)
(English).pls_9C9CD680-F1F9-4EFB-8259-B5E1C0F024C1.plp_results.txt I see:

Patch deployment script error
Error=4
Description=An error was returned from the executable while install the
patch.
Error Returned: 1642

My Windows Application Event log from a Win7 64bit SP1 machine shows the
following errors when the patch tries to run:
PLUS DEPLOYMENT: Information
AcroReadVer: 0. (Note that on a x64 machine the version is detected as 0)

PLUS DEPLOYMENT: Information
Installation conditions were not met, not installing: AdbeRdr1010_enu.msi

PLUS DEPLOYMENT: Information
Installation conditions were not met, not installing: AdbeRdrUpd1013.msp

Server - ZCM 11.2 on Win2008R2x64
Clients - ZCM 11.2 on Win7SP1x64 and WinXPSP3x32

Re: Reader X 10.1.3 patch will not install on Win7x64 machines

FYI the problem in TID 7010120 I mentioned was fixed when the patch was
revised to 'Adobe APSB12-01 Reader X 10.1.2 for Windows (Update) (English)
(Rev 4)' . The TID was never updated with this info. It still shows
"Reported to Engineering"
