Run Once

I have a bundle which installs a certificate for the novell client and makes some registry key entries. How do I set the bundle to run at user login and also to run just once? I have set the launch schedule to user login but it does not run. I cab see the bundle in the application window and when I click on it, it runs and completes with no errors.

Re: Run Once

Dxw,

then the bundle ought to run at user login, assuming you have a user
source set up and are authenticating as the user?

Re: Run Once

Dxw,

no, but like Craig says, you need to make sure the bundle is cached for
it to work. If you look at the list of bundles (run zac bl or look at
bundles in the ZENworks icon) what does it show for the bundle?

Re: Run Once

Also keep in mind there is usually a delay before it will start working.
A User will login and read their "Force Run Login Assignments".
However, they will not run until NEXT logon since Logon has already passed.

On "Refresh" will actually occur w/o delay since it is found and runs
during the refresh during logon. The draw back is it may run outside of
logon times.
