Server code -34

I installed 10.2.1. agent on a fresh Windows XP SP3 installation but that
device name was already in ZCM database.

I manually deleted the device in ZCM (without doing zac unr) and now, when I
try to register that device, I receive that error:

Server code -34 Invalid device authentication information

How can I resolve this ?

I did a zac cc, zac fsg without any success.

Re: Server code -34

Craig,

I looked at the bug, the FTF they tried for the first customer seems to
have some issues, so it's not ready yet I think

Re: Server code -34

Hi Shaun,
When do you think that FTF will be release ?
I'm waiting for that patch... 😞
Or can I find somewhere the 10.2 agent only version ?

Re: Server code -34

There is not a fix publicly available.
You MIGHT be able to get a fix with an SR.
If I had to hazard a guess, it would be sometime next week that a patch
would be available to the public.

Yup got it resolved with an SR. That's two burned SR's this week for this 10.2.1 udpate.

Was a file update/fix for the servers to process device registrations properly.

Thanks!

Re: Server code -34

There is nothing that can be sent.
You would need to open an SR at this point.
