Slow Remote Management with multi-monitors - any top tips?

Are there any configuration recommendations to speed up performance of remote management when connecting to a PC with multiple monitors? Even when connecting to a computer on the LAN - it is really laggy. We've tried all the different Tight, Hex settings, even changing it down to 8-bit. But performance does not change. Are there any recommendations for best practice? One way we have found to speed things up is to disable the second monitor output - which then, we assume, reduces the amount of work the VNC client is doing.

If you have not done so already, I would recommend an SR.
This is not a known issue of which I'm aware, but no doubt it may exist under certain conditions.

I agree with Craig. I have not had any performance lag issues with multiple
monitors which in our admin area is just about everyone. No tweaking done to
VNC. Neither win7 or win10 has been an issue. And this goes back to 11.3.x.
Currently on 11.4.2.
